Job summary

Imprivata in Waltham, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of IAM Services—the shared cloud platform layer across Imprivata product lines. This hybrid role combines leadership of cross-functional teams with hands-on product stewardship to deliver secure, scalable identity and access services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience shipping reusable services, APIs, or platform capabilities.
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts such as directories, federation/SSO, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for IAM Services.
• Lead discovery with customers and internal teams to identify platform needs.
• Translate strategy into use cases, requirements, success metrics, and rollout plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and DevOps to deliver secure, observable services with clear SLOs.
• Drive interoperability using OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and APIs.
• Define adoption metrics and help teams migrate to shared IAM services.
• Support GTM, enablement, and customer success with stakeholders.
• Communicate roadmap and tradeoffs to executives and partners.
