Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise software or platform capabilities.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, ports, firewalls, NAT, proxies, segmentation.
• Experience with VPNs, secure tunnels, or similar connectivity technologies.
• Familiarity with WireGuard, IPsec, or comparable secure connectivity approaches.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts: encryption, authentication, certificates, key management.
• Experience developing products with AI-driven capabilities.
• Ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into product strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for secure connectivity across the platform.
• Define connectivity requirements, technical designs, and product tradeoffs with engineering and architecture teams.
• Collaborate with customers and field teams to understand network deployments and simplify connectivity.
• Define product success metrics and use data and feedback to measure adoption and customer experience.
• Evaluate market trends and opportunities in secure connectivity and zero-trust to inform strategy.
• Lead product discovery and validation with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive capabilities related to secure tunneling, routing, connectivity management, resiliency, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Support, Services, GTM.
