Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled senior IAM/PAM Systems Engineer to lead identity platforms for agent identities in a complex enterprise.

This contract‑to‑hire role focuses on implementing, configuring, and automating identity solutions across AI, cloud, and applications. You will integrate agentic identity controls with SailPoint, PingFederate, and other platforms, build provisioning workflows, and ensure governance, audit, and reporting readiness across the IAM data

Qualifications

• Senior IAM engineering with enterprise experience.
• Ability to design and implement non‑human identities and governance.
• Hands‑on with SailPoint, Ping, cloud, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operate identity capabilities for AI agents and non‑human identities.
• Engineer SailPoint Agentic Fabric, PingFederate, PingAuthorize and Ping Agent IAM Core.
• Integrate agentic controls with cloud, AI, and applications.
• Create repeatable onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle processes.
• Develop provisioning workflows and data stores for non‑human identities.
• Maintain inventories, reporting, and audit readiness with governance tooling.
• Prepare runbooks, upgrade plans, and configuration changes.
• Provide advanced incident support across IAM layers.
• Improve reliability, security, and observability via automation.
• Develop secure APIs and automation for provisioning and monitoring.
• Integrate new identity data sources into IAM data warehouse.
