Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with at least 3–7 years in management.
• Effective written, verbal and interactive communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (SOX, GLBA, ISO27001, NIST).
• Experience with leadership and team development.
• Experience with process improvement and security trends.
