Job summary

Delinea, a leading identity security platform, seeks a Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management to shape and mature enterprise IAM architecture across our ecosystem. You will lead IAM engineers, oversee joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, and manage core identity platforms including Entra ID, AD, and Okta with SSO/MFA integration.

You will collaborate with Security, IT, and Product Engineering to balance access with business objectives, drive Zero Trust initiatives, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity and access management across directory services, authentication, and access governance.
• 4+ years leading IAM or security engineering teams and developing junior talent.
• Hands-on with Entra ID and Active Directory in hybrid environments.
• Experience with Okta, SSO, MFA policy design, lifecycle management, and app integrations.
• Experience with AWS IAM at scale, roles, policies, and least-privilege review.
• Familiarity with StrongDM, brokered/audited access to servers, databases, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM; identity governance and access certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Delinea’s IAM program and reference architecture.
• Build and lead a team of IAM engineers with clear performance goals.
• Own joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Manage core identity platforms including Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta; SSO, MFA, conditional access, federation.
• Oversee privileged and infrastructure access (AWS IAM, StrongDM, cloud entitlements).
• Be SME on IAM best practices and emerging approaches like Zero Trust and passwordless authentication.
• Collaborate across teams to remediate access risks and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP; support auditors.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences; define program metrics.
• Work with Cybersecurity PM to measure provisioning times, MFA coverage, and access certification, report to executives.
