Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Senior Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead engineering teams responsible for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity services across the global technology landscape.

You will drive security, resilience, and modernization—advancing Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and enterprise apps—while collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security Operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in identity and access management, AD, Entra ID, cybersecurity or identity engineering.
• Experience leading highly technical engineering teams including senior-level contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for AD, Entra ID and hybrid identity services, including senior engineers.
• Define and execute identity platform strategies, roadmaps and modernization aligned with security and business goals.
• Oversee AD operations: domain controllers, replication, authentication, DNS, backup and recovery.
• Advance Zero Trust, MFA, CA, PIM and hybrid identity integration across platforms.
