Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineering teams for AD, Entra ID and hybrid identity services.
• Define identity platform strategies and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee AD engineering, domain controller deployment, and recovery readiness.
• Ensure health of identity services, including replication and DNS dependencies.
• Advance Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services.
• Define and report service health metrics and incident response actions.
