Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years' experience in identity and access management, cloud identity engineering or related fields.
Hands-on experience designing and securing Microsoft Entra ID environments in large enterprises.
Strong knowledge of modern authentication technologies and cloud identity security.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the enterprise identity architecture and engineering roadmap.
Serve as a principal technical authority for Entra ID, authentication and federation.
Architect secure identity controls including CA, MFA, passwordless and Zero Trust.
Define integration patterns between Entra ID and on-prem AD, hybrid identity boundaries.
Lead complex design reviews and cross-functional IAM initiatives.
Mentor IAM engineers and promote engineering excellence.
