Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint to join our Managed Services practice in Orlando. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving IAM incidents for SailPoint ISC and MIM, managing the incident lifecycle, and developing SOPs and scripts to restore operations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of IAM experience, including incident management within an ITIL framework, with strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Okta, Ping Identity, and CyberArk.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of IAM experience including one year in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment within ITIL-managed services.
• CISSP or related cybersecurity certification preferred; ITIL incident management certification preferred.
• Clear understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems including SailPoint ISC and MIM.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve IAM incidents for SailPoint ISC and MIM.
• Manage incident lifecycle: identify, categorize, prioritize, resolve.
• Create and maintain SOPs, scripts, and knowledge articles to restore operations.
• Monitor IAM operations and escalate to level three as needed per protocols.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient incident management.
• Uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment.
