Job summary

Releady is seeking a Senior IAM Governance Analyst to join a health plan’s information security and controls assurance team. The role focuses on access request reviews and segregation-of-duties oversight within the IAM environment, without owning the underlying identity platform.

The contract is 6 months with extension potential, hybrid work 2x/week onsite in the San Diego/Bay Area region. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, with no sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including hands-on access and identity management.
• Background in governance, risk, audit, or compliance-adjacent work.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint or a comparable IAM platform.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of access requests across ~13 ticket types, incl. transfers and onboarding.
• Complete a structured first week of training before handling independent volume.
• Meet SLAs for request turnaround within a small governance team.
