Job summary

Releady, partnering with a leading health plan, seeks a Senior IAM Governance Analyst to oversee access reviews and segregation-of-duties within the IAM environment. The role focuses on governance, not platform provisioning, and supports a busy open enrollment period.

This 6-month hybrid contract is based in the United States with 2x weekly onsite in the SF Bay Area. The team collaborates with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure policy alignment and risk controls are consistently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on access and identity management experience.
• Experience as a business or systems analyst with access governance, risk, audit, or compliance exposure.
• Experience with SailPoint or equivalent IAM platform.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Experience with access review processes and segregation-of-duties analysis.
• Comfort working in a high-volume ticket queue with defined turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of health plan operations/open enrollment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume access requests queue across multiple ticket types.
• Conduct access reviews to ensure role-based access alignment.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analyses before provisioning.
• Maintain and update process documentation and RACIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders without owning the underlying IAM platform.
