Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of managing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on or team-leadership experience with a major public cloud platform, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with Go or Java and building scalable, highly available platforms.
• Working knowledge of authentication standards (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0) and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience leading programs with cross-functional stakeholders and 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team that owns services end to end, including 24/7 operations and RCAs.
• Set goals for provisioning/deprovisioning, PAM, RBAC, and access control improvements.
• Design, test, deploy, and operate the IAM stack with partners to deliver a single enterprise identity solution.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate direct reports, and drive platforms that assess security of code and third‑party packages.
