Insight Global is seeking an experienced Identity Infrastructure Engineer to manage and secure the organization’s directory and identity management solutions across multiple environments. You will own the health, integrity, and security of the identity backbone, administering Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, and lifecycle operations to support thousands of users and systems.

This senior role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication with teams, and adherence to Zero Trust principles.

Competenze

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 6+ years of IAM experience in complex environments.
• Experience with RBAC design and Zero Trust.
• Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience with IAM governance and audits.

Mansioni

• Design and implement a formal RBAC framework across EntraID, AWS, NGINX, AppGate and Keycloak.
• Establish and enforce least privilege policies in alignment with Zero Trust principles.
• Validate that access controls meet organizational security requirements.
• Develop identity lifecycle processes for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Implement and manage a PAM program including governance of privileged accounts.
• Lead access reviews and audits for PAR/RAR reporting and compliance.
• Create and maintain role-to-privilege mappings and job functions.
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure IAM policies align with changes.
• Support onboarding of users, endpoints, apps, and protected resources into AppGate SDP.
• Produce IAM metrics, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
