Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corp in Chicago seeks a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical security systems in the Identity domain, focusing on privileged access management and Non-Human Identity across hybrid environments.

You will help shape the IAM roadmap, promote zero-trust and Just-in-Time elevation, work with Delinea Secret Server and EntraID, and integrate with AD/EntraID, Kerberos, SAML, and OIDC, using scripting to automate credentials and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5-7 years of hands-on professional experience in IAM/security.
Experience architecting and managing enterprise PAM (Delinea Secret Server or EntraID PIM).
Experience removing standing privilege via just-in-time or dynamic elevation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain security systems in the Identity domain.
Lead lifecycle management of Non-Human Identity (NHI) and m2m interactions across a hybrid environment.
Champion zero-trust, least privilege, and Just-in-Time elevation.
Collaborate with IT to integrate AD/EntraID, authentication protocols, and CA policies; automate credential rotation and API tasks.
