Applied Intuition is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for identity engineering to own end-to-end identity governance, from IDP architecture to privileged access and secrets management. You will set direction, drive implementation, and act as the primary identity expert across the company.

This senior IC role focuses on enforcing Zero Trust, RBAC, and scalable access controls for both human and non-human identities, with collaboration across security, IT, compliance, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in identity/security engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on cloud architecture experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Led complex IAM programs from design through production.
• Deep IAM tech: LDAP/AD, IDP, federation, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with Zero Trust and PAM frameworks.
• Knowledge of IGA tooling and role lifecycle management.
• Secrets management experience (Vault, AWS/GCP).
• Experience with machine/non-human identity management at scale.
• Ability to design access for AI workloads and bots.

Responsabilités

• Define IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model enterprise-wide.
• Mature IDP architecture and drive scalable design improvements.
• Lead Zero Trust, least-privilege policies, and RBAC across systems.
• Centralize secrets management across cloud/enterprise environments.
• Deliver PAM for admin accounts across IT and cloud engineering.
• Model access for AI agents and non-human workloads.
• Enable SSO and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
