The ideal candidate is an agile self-starter with strong communication skills, experience in MSP/vendor management, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable IAM services in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of relevant experience or post-secondary education.
• Experience with identity and access management technologies and platform administration.
• Strong problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Service Owner and Technical Oversight Lead for IAM platforms.
• Define and execute the IAM roadmap aligned with institutional priorities.
• Lead design, support, troubleshooting, and documentation for IAM services.
• Oversee MSP relationships and vendor performance per university standards.
• Mentor engineers and manage temporary resources for secure environments.
