Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement and advance IAM services and capabilities from concept through delivery.

You will define procedures to ensure integrity and compliance and serve as SME while providing third‑level production support. You will partner with IT and security teams to build scalable IAM solutions, guide roadmap and architecture, mentor junior staff, and work with vendors on licenses and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Ten years of IT systems, processes, or capabilities experience.
• Six years IAM experience in Identity and Access Management.
• In-depth knowledge of general information security.
• In-depth knowledge of general cloud security.
• Experience with IAM services: Okta/SAML, PAM, Identity Governance or related tools.
• Experience with Java and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of O365 services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement IAM designs and standards.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and strategy.
• Collaborate with IT to design and deploy IAM enhancements.
• Maintain stability of production environments.
• Provide technical guidance to IAM teams and stakeholders.
• Support IAM L2 Operations and junior staff.
