Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement and advance IAM services and capabilities from concept through delivery.
You will define procedures to ensure integrity and compliance and serve as SME while providing third‑level production support. You will partner with IT and security teams to build scalable IAM solutions, guide roadmap and architecture, mentor junior staff, and work with vendors on licenses and enhancements.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for envisioning and implementing IAM solutions and enhancements. The role leads initiatives on IAM services and capabilities from concept through delivery, defines procedures and protocols to ensure integrity and compliance, and acts as a liaison to other Information Security and IT functional groups. The IAM Engineer also serves as the IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides third‑level production support.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. This includes sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files. The role requires consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements include the ability to see information in print and/or electronically. The position may combine in‑office and remote work. This role may perform duties effectively using a combination of in‑office and remote work.
