Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer (Moveworks) to design, build, and scale IAM across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and internal systems. You will own IAM initiatives end-to-end, implementing secure access controls, automated reviews, and robust observability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable engineers to work fast and securely.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software and Infrastructure as Code.
IAM Expertise: least privilege, privilege escalation paths, auditability, and removal of dangerous permissions.
Educational Background: BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Develop IAM solutions end-to-end across cloud and internal systems.
Architect and own IAM initiatives from requirements to rollout and operation.
Design robust access models to minimize privileges and automate access reviews.
Build observability for IAM changes using SIEM, logging, and metrics.
Develop and standardize processes, runbooks, and automation for consistent access decisions.
