Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced IAM professional to lead Identity and Access Management, including SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, for enterprise applications. You will design, implement, and support scalable IAM solutions while guiding cross-functional teams through deployment and ongoing optimization.

The role requires strong coding, governance, and project management skills, with a focus on security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5–7 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM deployments and cross-functional teams through implementation.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions.
• Enforce identity lifecycle policies and access controls.
• Code, test, and document IAM developments.
• Troubleshoot security-focused IAM issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
