Job summary

Centene Corporation in Colorado is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to lead IAM systems including SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Now. You will design, implement, and support scalable IAM solutions to meet business needs.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong coding skills in Java and PowerShell, and a solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, connectors, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field; 5–7 years related experience.
• Equivalent experience reflecting duties and skill level.
• Experience with IAM lifecycle management and risk processes.
• Knowledge of SailPoint connectors: Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited files, IIQ ServiceNow.
• Strong programming in Java; BeanShell; PowerShell a bonus.
• CIAM/SailPoint certifications preferred; CIST/CAMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM systems and solutions for SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Now.
• Review roles and access to ensure proper enterprise access levels.
• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable IAM software solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementation.
• Enforce identity lifecycle policies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot IAM security issues and ensure policy compliance.
