Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen and mature an enterprise identity security program. This role collaborates with Security, Infrastructure, HR Systems, Application Engineering, and business stakeholders to design and implement IAM workflows, provisioning, SSO, PAM, and access reviews.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM, hands-on SailPoint experience (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow, or IdentityIQ), and strong AD/Entra

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• 3+ years supporting SailPoint or similar IAM platforms.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Hands-on provisioning/deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, access reviews, SSO, PAM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SailPoint SME and platform administrator.
• Onboard and integrate enterprise applications with IAM platform.
• Design and maintain IAM workflows and automation.
• Support access certification campaigns and SOC2/audit activities.
• Contribute to PAM, MFA, and SSO initiatives.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and provide operational support.
