Optiv is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join the Advanced Fusion Center and lead design, implementation, and management of identity and access management solutions across client and internal environments. You will collaborate with IT, security, and business units to advance security maturity while delivering automated, scalable IAM capabilities.

You will work with Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk and PKI components, ensuring RBAC, SSO, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and encryption standards are properly

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a senior level IDAM engineer preferred.
• Experience with AWS/GCP cloud environments a bonus.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and manage robust IAM solutions to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAM initiatives and security strategy.
• Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot IAM solutions with documentation, use cases, requirements and test cases.
• Create automation, self-service, and resiliency in IAM processes.
• Provide engineering support for complex IAM incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, and CyberArk environments and related PKI technologies.
