Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a Senior Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and operate modern identity security across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, and data center environments. This hands-on role builds secure, scalable identity solutions to support Riot’s AI/HPC growth and data center operations.

The Senior IAM Engineer will collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams, with remote work and travel to Riot sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM or cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft identity technologies, especially Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with SSO and automated provisioning.
• Knowledge of PAM, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, and data center environments.
• Manage and optimize SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
