Job summary

CVS Health in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to bolster enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. You will handle administration, troubleshooting, automation, and 24x7 support for SSO, MFA, and directory services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or Ping Directory.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
• Monitor, log analysis, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Support disaster recovery, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, and connectivity.
• Leverage scripting and APIs to automate operational processes.
• Document runbooks and continuously improve IAM operations.
