Idenhaus Consulting, Inc. is seeking a PingOne IAM Engineer to support the implementation, integration, and modernization of enterprise IAM solutions for our client.

The role focuses on Ping Identity Platform components including PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne DaVinci, with emphasis on modern authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM). Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM or security engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity/PingOne solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure reliable orchestration at scale.
• Implement and maintain Ping Identity solutions for SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
• Develop authentication policies, selectors, and adapters for complex user journeys.
• Leverage PingOne DaVinci to orchestrate low-code identity workflows with third-party services.
• Use Ping REST APIs and scripting (Python, Bash) to automate tasks and monitoring.
• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes by integrating Ping components with identity sources and SPs.
• Collaborate with App Owners and Security teams to migrate legacy apps to OIDC/OAuth/SAML2.0/SCIM.

Position Overview

Idenhaus Consulting is looking for a PingOne IAM Engineer to support our customer's implementation, integration and modernization of enterprise identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. We are seeking someone who has strong knowledge and experience around the Ping Identity Platform including PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne DaVinci along with a solid understanding of modern authentication and authorization protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure reliable orchestration at scale
• Implement and maintain Ping Identity solutions for seamless SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication.
• Develop and maintain authentication policies, selectors, and adapters to support complex user journeys.
• Leverage PingOne DaVinci to orchestrate low-code identity workflows and integrate third-party security services.
• Utilize Ping REST APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate operational tasks, monitoring, and administrative functions.
• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes by integrating Ping stack components with upstream identity sources and downstream SPs.
• Collaborate with App Owners and Security teams to migrate legacy applications to modern protocols (OIDC/OAuth 2.0/SAML2.0/SCIM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IAM or a related security engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity/PingOne solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM
• Ideally located in Washington DC metro area, Dallas, or San Antonio TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PingFederate and PingAccess
• Experience migrating legacy from authentication technologies to modern IAM protocols
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation practices
