Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise IAM ecosystem. You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives from strategy to execution, collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles including Zero Trust and Least Privilege.
• Expertise with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM and federation protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, PingOne and Microsoft identity solutions.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP), Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong scripting in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; IAM workflows and integrations.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS.
• Architect and deliver federation strategies using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Lead integration and optimization of IAM platforms including SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, and Microsoft identity solutions.
• Drive Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, PAM, and Just-In-Time access initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts and Terraform to improve provisioning and governance.
• Serve as primary IAM SME, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, and Engineering to meet audits and security requirements.
• Continuously improve IAM architecture and capabilities in a fast-moving org.
• Support cloud IAM strategies across AWS, GCP, and other platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response related to identity systems.
