Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an IAM professional to design, implement and maintain user identities, credentials, roles, and permissions across IT platforms.

You will monitor activities, ensure security, and align with IT standards while collaborating across teams to optimize IAM workflows. The role requires hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenDS or Ping Identity products, strong Linux administration, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management or directory services engineering.
• Hands-on with ForgeRock OpenIDM and/or OpenDS (or Ping Identity products).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support ForgeRock/OpenIDM, OpenDS in production and non-production environments.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability; perform tuning and capacity planning.
• Manage replication, schema extensions, indexing, and access control policies.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes per change management processes.
• Troubleshoot IAM directory services, authentication, and identity workflows.
• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations for IAM infrastructure.
