Job summary

Talanto is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join its Enterprise Identity Engineering team. This role focuses on designing and operationalizing scalable IAM architectures across cloud platforms and on-premises systems.

You'll implement MFA, SSO, and identity governance, automate identities with Terraform and CI/CD, and ensure security while enabling smooth business operations. A strong background in AWS, Okta, Azure AD, and security standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM engineering across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Strong proficiency with AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and LDAP/AD.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, MFA, and SSO architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM architecture across cloud platforms and on-prem systems.
• Lead identity governance, access reviews, and lifecycle automation.
• Implement MFA, SSO, and identity federation for multi-cloud environments.
• Develop IAM automation using APIs, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Terraform adoption for identity infra management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor identity security and respond to incidents with forensics and remediation.
