Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, SSO, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege, and access reviews.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian for workflow management.
• Automation/scripting to streamline tasks (Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, Terraform).
• Cloud concepts (Azure/AWS IAM, networking, storage, compute) and Agile/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support identity and access projects across Entra ID, Azure AD, Partner Centre, and related systems.
• Deliver automation and infrastructure as code initiatives using Terraform, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Python.
• Support secure access across employee accounts, vendor portals, service principals, and enterprise apps.
• Help reduce security debt via governance, clean-up, and improvement work.
• Collaborate with Technology Services, Security, and vendor partners; create clear documentation.
