Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking an Active Directory and PKI Service Administrator on-site in Crane, Indiana. You will lead the Infrastructure team as Senior Infrastructure Administrator, strengthening enterprise identity management and security across hybrid environments.

Required are 7+ years IAM experience, a B.S. in IT or related field, active Secret clearance, and DoD IAT Level III certification. CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID experience highly desired.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in IAM and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; DoD IAT Level III preferred.
• Experience with AD, PKI, GPOs, DNS/DHCP in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain AD and IAM environments.
• Administer GPOs, DNS, DHCP for reliable network services.
• Oversee PKI issuance, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Develop authentication and access control policies.
• Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams.
• Lead scripting, automation, and monitoring efforts.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance.
