Job summary

EY Dallas Cybersecurity Center seeks a Senior Manager to lead IAM programs across client engagements, including managed services, operations, and related delivery activities.

You'll partner with senior clients and teams to design, implement and optimize identity and access management solutions while advancing governance and risk practices. This role offers a hybrid work model within a global professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO and federation.
• Familiarity with IAM governance, privileged access management and SOD.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM projects or elements across client engagements.
• Develop IAM strategy, road map and governance models.
• Design and implement IAM solutions including access management.
• Provide technical leadership and manage client expectations.
