Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Stamford, CT to design, engineer, and troubleshoot a broad IAM portfolio. You will implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise IAM solutions across Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ and related technologies, collaborating with clients to address complex security challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt platforms.
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement governance and provisioning workflows.
• Understanding of joiner/mover/leaver and role lifecycle governance.
• Knowledge of identity governance concepts and best practices.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing Saviynt /SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configuring Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining enterprise Identity & Access Management tools.
• Designing and architecting solutions, alongside process design and re‑engineering.
• Transforming or translating business requirements into technical specifications and executing technical delivery.
• Leveraging functionality provided by directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, as well as MFA and SSO.
