Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Senior IAM Architect to define and drive the enterprise identity architecture across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead strategic design, work with senior IAM leadership, and engage stakeholders to secure identities and enable business outcomes.

The role requires deep technical IAM knowledge, hands‑on design skills, and experience guiding cross‑functional teams through complex programs. Strong communication with executives is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM with senior technical leadership in a large org or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM across cloud and on-prem.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM and modern IAM architectures.
• Hands-on with at least two major IAM technologies (Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Experience leading vendors and cross-functional teams; MS degree or certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners on technical feasibility and integration.
• Design authentication/authorization models, identity provisioning, and lifecycle.
• Champion IAM tooling choices balancing security, privacy, and usability.
• Architect secure integrations between IAM platforms and apps, dirs, cloud services.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation with security and compliance.
• Oversee incident response related to identity and root-cause analysis.
• Create architecture diagrams and briefs; mentor engineers on IAM best practices.
• Prioritize roadmap items with business leaders, measure outcomes and value.
