Itron, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Identity Management to lead the enterprise IAM program across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments. You will shape architecture, governance, and automation, aligning security with business agility in the utilities and energy domain.

The role requires deep IAM expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex security risks to executives. Itron offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity/identity engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and operating enterprise IAM solutions.
• Expert knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, LDAP, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise IAM architecture and roadmap.
• Lead secure identity solutions for workforce, customer, product, cloud, and non-human identities.
• Advance Zero Trust and least privilege principles across environments.
• Establish identity governance, lifecycle management, and joiner/mover/leaver automation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
• Define monitoring, logging, and metrics for identity risk and governance.
