Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot a broad range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will work with Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, implement IAM tooling, and translate business requirements into technical specifications while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC or Entra ID Governance.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver; access certification and entitlement governance processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory and audit-driven IAM controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring IAM policies and connectors (Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IAM tooling (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, SSO).
• Designing IAM solutions and translating business needs into technical specs.
• Supporting integrations across applications and governance platforms.
