Xtensys seeks a Senior IAM Architect to own current state and design future IAM capabilities across the Xtensys environment and customer deployments. You will deliver credible artifacts for CISOs and systems admins, guiding governance, lifecycle, and platform decisions.

You’ll drive proactive governance, baseline IAM workflows, and multi-horizon roadmaps, including SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and Workday to AD integrations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of hands-on IAM design, implementation, and operational ownership.
• Experience with Workday-to-AD integration and lifecycle provisioning.
• Healthcare or regulated industry IAM with HIPAA/NIST compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and anomaly detection across IAM tooling and processes.
• Assess, baseline, and document IAM workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Develop multihorizon IAM roadmaps and executive summaries.
• Design RBAC across AD/Entra ID and clinical systems.
• Oversee SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and integration tasks.
• Provide senior technical escalation and mentorship to junior staff.
