Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior IAM Solution Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership for an enterprise IAM separation initiative. You will evaluate the current IAM environment, identify gaps, and design practical, implementation-ready solutions across AD, Entra ID, hybrid identity, and access controls.

This execution-focused role requires hands-on expertise, the ability to work across teams, and the capacity to deliver under aggressive deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management.
• Senior/principal-level IAM engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge of AD security groups and nested groups; identity synchronization; grant-based access.
• Experience with SSO, federation, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• IAM Architecture & Solution Design: assess current IAM architectures and gaps; design target-state IAM solutions.
• Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID: analyze/troubleshoot AD/Entra ID; validate group mappings and synchronization.
• Application & Business Integration: translate access requirements into IAM solutions across teams.
• Identity Security: design controls for SSO, MFA, CA, privileged access, and lifecycle management.
• Migration & Cutover: define sequencing, cutover procedures, and post-cutover support.
