Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced Senior IAM Solution Architect to lead architecture and integration efforts for a critical enterprise separation initiative. You will evaluate the IAM environment, design practical solutions, and document implementation plans across AD, Entra ID, and hybrid identity controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, authentication/authorization design, and migration support, with remote work and occasional on-site collaboration in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management.
• Senior/principal IAM engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge of: AD security groups, identity synchronization, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Assess current IAM architectures, integrations, configurations, dependencies, and future-state access patterns.
• Identify gaps, security risks, and technical constraints; design current/target state IAM solutions.
• Evaluate identity trust boundaries, authentication methods, directory dependencies, and access models.
• Produce implementation-ready architecture and technical documentation.
