Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced Senior IAM Solution Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership for an enterprise identity management initiative. You will evaluate the current IAM environment, identify gaps, and develop implementation‑ready solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid identity, and access controls.

This execution‑driven role collaborates with business and IT teams, designs SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access strategies, and guides migration

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management.
• Senior/principal‑level IAM engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge of AD security groups and nested groups, identity synchronization, and access models.
• Experience with SSO, federation, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience supporting complex migrations and enterprise transformations.
• Ability to troubleshoot IAM across users, groups, apps, and directories.
• Ability to deliver architecture diagrams, designs, and cutover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess current IAM architectures, integrations, configurations, dependencies, and future‑state access patterns.
• Design practical current-state, transitional, and target‑state IAM solutions.
• Produce implementation‑ready architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with application owners, cloud teams, and cybersecurity personnel.
• Support migration cutover, testing, and post‑cutover stabilization.
