Spyrosoft Ltd. seeks an experienced IAM Technical Architect to lead the design and governance of IAM/IGA architectures within a highly regulated cybersecurity program. You will define end-to-end concepts, guide technical decisions, assess risks, and ensure alignment with standards and regulations.

The role requires collaboration with client-side architects and security specialists, focusing on technical architecture and solution design rather than business analysis.

Formación

• 10+ years in IAM, IGA or cybersecurity architecture.
• Proven end-to-end IAM/IGA architecture design in large environments.
• Led five IAM/IGA architecture implementations.
• Strong IAM/IGA integration concepts and interoperability knowledge.
• Experience in regulated industries and compliance-driven settings.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, KRITIS.
• Ability to identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical, architectural and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple technical stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and improve the overall IAM/IGA architecture.
• Create technical concepts and define integration strategies for IAM/IGA ecosystems.
• Ensure scalable end-to-end architecture across identity-related services.
• Design interfaces and integration mechanisms with enterprise applications.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure architectural compliance with security policies and standards (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, KRITIS).
• Collaborate with client-side architects and security teams to drive decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance through the lifecycle.
• Support governance processes and maintain architectural consistency.
• Review designs and recommend security/compliance improvements.
