Job summary

Corteva Agriscience seeks an experienced Lead – IAM Authentication Services to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for enterprise identity and authentication platforms. You will design, implement, and operate active directory and Entra ID environments, leading SSO and hybrid-identity initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in authentication protocols, enterprise security, and collaboration with cybersecurity, cloud, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management or related discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and administering Active Directory in large enterprises.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures.
• Strong experience with SSO, federation, and modern authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, administration, and support of enterprise IAM authentication services.
• Provide technical leadership for AD architecture, domain services, policy, and security.
• Design and maintain Entra ID environments, including tenant architecture and HA.
• Lead SSO implementations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, WS-Fed, Kerberos, LDAP.
• Architect integrations between on-prem AD, Entra ID, SaaS apps, and cloud platforms.
• Establish authentication patterns and standards for workforce, apps, and services.
