Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Lead – IAM Authentication Services to deliver technical leadership and architectural direction for enterprise identity and authentication platforms. You will drive design, implementation, and security across AD, Entra ID, and SSO technologies.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with AD, Azure AD, SSO, and modern authentication in large, enterprise environments, with a focus on reliability, security, and hybrid identity partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Extensive hands-on AD design and administration in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of AD architecture, security, and hardening.
• Extensive experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity.
• Strong experience implementing and troubleshooting SSO and federation (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with integrating applications to AD/Entra ID.
• Knowledge of CA, MFA, identity protection, and modern authentication.
• Experience with Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect and identity synchronization.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor IAM engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, administration, and operations of IAM authentication services.
• Provide technical leadership for Active Directory architecture and security.
• Design and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and hybrid identity.
• Lead SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, Kerberos, LDAP.
• Architect integrations between on-prem AD, Entra ID, SaaS apps, and cloud services.
• Establish authentication patterns for workforce, applications, and services.
• Ensure highly available, disaster-recoverable authentication infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and guide IAM engineers and admins.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams; participate in IAM roadmaps.
