Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Lead IAM Authentication Services professional to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for enterprise identity and authentication services. This role designs and evolves IAM platforms across the organization, ensuring secure, scalable authentication.

The candidate will work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, cloud, and engineering teams to implement modern authentication, hybrid identity, and Zero Trust architectures while

Qualifications

8+ years in Identity and Access Management or related field.
Hands-on design/administration of AD and Entra ID in large enterprises.
Experience with SSO, federation, and modern authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, engineering, and operation of enterprise IAM authentication services.
Provide technical leadership for AD architecture, domain services, DNS, and directory security.
Design and maintain Entra ID/Azure AD environments and hybrid identity.
Lead SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, Kerberos, LDAP.
Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to onboard apps and ensure resilience.
