Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IAM specialist for a remote contract-to-hire role based out of Columbia, MD. You will handle day-to-day tickets and escalation for IAM and partner teams, write end user documentation, and participate in integration projects.

You will lead RBAC analysis, coordinate with technical partners, and help define IAM policies while supporting enterprise initiatives. Healthcare experience a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4+ years within IAM role, preferred sr or lead
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with provisioning and identity management including SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to set personal priorities and goals independently
• Strong independent analysis and problem solving ability, and ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and applications
• Basic project management understanding
• Strong enterprise IT knowledge including major applications, use of ticketing systems, basis of change management
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
• Experience with Epic healthcare a plus
• Programming and web development skills a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
