Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. IA Manager to lead a team of audit professionals and partner with business, operations, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders.

This role delivers audits across revenue, inventory, rebates, and Global Trade Compliance, with a data-centric mindset and SAP/SAP BI expertise. You will oversee SOX 404 testing, risk assessments, and governance reviews, drive process improvements, report to management, and ensure timely remediation across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA) strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of Internal Audit or Big 4 experience, ideally within high-tech manufacturing or global supply chain environments.
• Proven experience leading operational audits across revenue, inventory, return authorization, rebate processes, and Global Trade Compliance.
• Strong data-centric mindset, with ability to extract and analyze large datasets from ERP/BI systems (SAP, SAP BI, Power BI, Excel) and interpret AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop internal audit professionals and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate audit results and insights in an executive-ready manner.
• Conduct operational assessments across revenue recognition, inventory management, rebates, and Global Trade Compliance.
• Evaluate controls using data analytics and ERP/BI tools to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee SOX 404 testing, governance reviews, and third-party risk audits.
• Drive remediation and Management Action Plans across multiple time zones.
