Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Audit to lead the SOX program, run risk-based audits, and partner with executives to strengthen internal controls across global operations.

You will manage co-sourced teams, drive assurance over ERP deployments and transformation initiatives, and report to the VP, Global Head of Internal Audit, with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; CPA/CIA certifications preferred; CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance testing program, including planning and reporting.
• Manage co-sourced internal audit resources and ensure quality.
• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of audits across functions.
• Provide strategic advisory on transformation initiatives and ERP projects.
• Engage with senior leaders and Audit Committee reporting.
