Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Manager, International Statutory Reporting to lead the preparation of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring US GAAP and IFRS compliance. You will drive process improvements and manage a global statutory reporting team reporting to the VP Corporate Controller.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP/financial reporting system expertise (SAP, Workday, Workiva).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee international statutory reporting and non-consolidated filings
• Manage end-to-end production of group Annual Report and interim reports
• Lead local statutory audits and interface with external auditors
• Monitor new statutory reporting requirements and regulatory changes
• Provide insights on statutory results to leadership and regulatory agencies
• Drive process improvements and risk reduction, including AI
• Coordinate external audit engagement reviews and ongoing compliance
