Job summary

Audubon is seeking an I&E Manager to join our Houston, TX office. The I&E Manager will lead a project team across home office and job site locations, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule in line with project drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 10 years in an I&E Coordinator capacity.
• Experience with EPC projects.
• Experience supervising field coordinators or craft personnel.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and hazardous area classifications.

Responsibilities

• Check job completeness per scope and close punch lists.
• Support loop checks, testing, PSSR, and pre-commissioning.
• Work across planning, design, procurement, construction and start-up.
• Apply design guidelines to ensure accurate drawings.
• Develop I&E scope of work to obtain contractor pricing.
• Monitor contractor scope changes and review them.
• Coordinate with other disciplines during design, construction, startup.
• Interface with clients and engineers from multiple locations.
• Review models for constructability.
• Manage and mentor I&E field coordinators.
• Track progress, schedule and manhour status.
