Job summary

Audubon is seeking an I&E Engineering Specialist, Sr to join our Houston, TX office. You will perform instrument and electrical engineering assignments associated with designing equipment, components, and structures, and lead multi-discipline project efforts.

You will prepare specifications, sketches, calculations, review vendor drawings, and interact with clients and vendors while ensuring schedule and budget adherence and adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Industry and field experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience preferred.
• Experience leading medium to large multi-discipline projects.
• Knowledge of instrumented control and safety systems preferred.
• Familiarity with ISA, NEC, API codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intermediate to advanced specifications detailing performance requirements and design codes.
• Review and approve vendor drawings for compliance with project specs.
• Interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Plan, manage workload, budgets and project resources.
• Develop engineering design packages and perform complex calculations.
• Support HSE policies and required trainings.
